This information explains what the Spokane MLS Status of each listing
means on the Spokane MLS Property Search listing pages

1. Status:  Active

     This means that the property is still available For Sale if it is on our website.

2. Status:  BOM

     This means that a property was recently in a Pending Sale SOLD status but for some reason the sale 
     did not finalize and came back on the market.

3. Status:  Chg Price

     This is to let potential buyer's know there has been a price change recently. The price change is normally 
     when it has been lowered. The price may also have been raised.   

4. Status:  Ctg-Inspection

     This means that the property has recently become a Contingent Sale but the buyer is in the process of
     doing their home inspection. Once the home inspection is complete and approved by the buyer the home
     inspection contingency will be removed and the property goes into Pending Sale SOLD status and is
     removed from our website.

5. Status:  Ctg-Other

     This is a property which has gone into a Congingent Sale status contingent upon different types of
     contingencies that must be resolved between the seller and buyer.

6. Status:  Ctg-Sale Buyers HM

     This is a property which has gone into a Congingent Sale status contingent upon the buyer selling their
     home. Sometimes a seller will have the right to continue to market their property and take back up offers. 
     The seller may also be required to give the buyer a specific amount of time to remove their contingency if
     they want to purchase the property.

7. Status:  Extended

     This is a Listing where the listing agreement was recently extended to keep the property on the market.     

8. Status:  New

     This is a New Listing which recently came on the market in the Spokane MLS. Note: sometimes you will 
     see New Spokane MLS Listings without a photo. If there is no photo it should be in the Spokane MLS
     database within a few days.

9. Status: Tmp Off Mkt

     This is a Property which has been temporarily taken off of the market for sale.

The Spokane Multiple Listing Service (MLS) does Not allow a property to be removed from the website until all contingencies have been removed and the property goes from a contingent sale stIf you have any other questions regarding the Status of a property just let us know. atus to a complete Pending Sale Status at which time the property is removed from the website. There are no Pending Sale or SOLD properties on our Spokane MLS Property Search.
