This check list only applies to listing agreements which have been completely agreed to between the broker and the seller.   • 1. New Listing Activity Check List: are those tasks which we preform on the follow-up of your listing through the entire listing process until your home sells and goes into a Pending Sale status. Then a new Check List is started from an active listing to the pending sale.

  • 2. Related To: means the part of the listing marketing or advertising task related to servicing your listing and to keep you updated with everything.

  • 3. Tasks By: is the person responsible to complete each task and keep you updated 24/7 with the marketing and advertising of your home.

  • When your home sells and goes in what is called Pending Sale status there is another Listing SOLD Checklist to keep you up to date through the entire Closing Process unitil you sign your closing papers & get your check
