Welcome to our Crane Real Estate Group Learn About Us Page. Our names are Jeff, Roger and Diana Crane. We have been serving the Spokane WA Real Estate Market Since 1967. When I first entered the real estate business I was in the property management business for approximately six years as General Manager for Landmark Property Management in Spokane WA managing 100's of rental units. In 1973 I joined Alvin J. Wolff, Inc. REALTORS® in Spokane WA as a real estate agent. During 1974 I was able to be their top real estate agent for the year and then decided I needed to move on and start my own business. In 1975 I obtained my real estate brokers license for the State of Washington and formed Crane Real Estate Group and still today I am the Managing Designated Broker for the firm. Over the many years we have helped 1000's of Buyers and Sellers with their real estate needs. We have always specialized in the Residential Real Estate Market specializing in re-sale and new construction home sales. During these past decades we have been through it all. From 2 rescissions to 15% Interest Rates for home buyers to the big boom in 2006 and then the 5-year slowdown in the Spokane WA real estate market.
